MAINE RENOVATION
NEW ENGLAND CHARM
This renovation of a small home in Portland, Maine was all about maximizing space and views.
A new mudroom entry was added to create much-needed functionality. A double decker side porch was also added to enjoy views of Penobscot Bay.
The existing basement was made functional by adding a den and bedroom. Built-in bunk beds were a stylish solution that increases the sleeping capacity of the home.
Finally, new entry overhang was added and the exterior of the home was given a bright refresh to elevate its New England charm.
